Cancellation Policy for Registration Fees

Cancellation of a registration must be advised via admin@microsurgeryaus.com

Verbal changes or cancellation cannot be accepted. Registration cancellations received up to September 14,2024 will receive a full refund, less a $100 cancellation fee. No refunds will be given for cancellations received after 14 September 2024– this includes cancellation of any paid funds for the Dinner.

As an alternative to cancellation, registrations may be transferred to another person (for the same registration category) without receiving any extra cost penalty. Please note that no credit card surcharges will be refunded at any time.

Hotel accommodation bookings and cancellations must be done directly with the hotel and will be in accordance with the hotel’s cancellation policy.

The refund will be returned via the same payment method as the original receipt of funds.
